アンタップ状態になるとライブラリートップを条件付きで戦場に持ってこれるんですが、何故かエンチャントにもなります...。
「manifestation」には「霊魂の出現」なんていう意味もあるんですね。
何度も使い回せればそこそこですが、この能力を軸にデッキをつくるほどじゃない気がします。
シールド戦では６マナ4/5飛行におまけ付きですから、強力でしょうね。
少なくともテーロスプレリに配られたレアクラーケンより強い（確信）。
白は執政官。
イラスト、これ１５年くらい前のデザインだって言われても違和感無いくらい古くさいですね。

「Whenever ~ attacks, you may return target enchantment card from your graveyard to...」まで読んで「宝庫のスラル/Treasury Thrullかよ...」って思って「...the battlefield.」で少し「おっ」ってなった。
エンチャントリアニが攻撃時に誘発する執政官。
構築では...んー...墓地にエンチャ落ちてることあるのかな、ねぇ（「雪花石を率いる者、ブルーナ/Bruna, Light of Alabaster」を眺めながら）。
リアニでは飛行生物＋アド取れる可能性があるだけでも(ry
